The Gardens School in Manukau became a RealClean client in August 2008. In February 2011, the school moved to a lower-cost provider as a cost-saving measure. Two years later, in February 2013, that service had fallen short of the school's standards and RealClean was asked back. It's been a continuous relationship ever since.
What's held the relationship together isn't a long-term contract. Like every RealClean client, The Gardens School has always been on a rolling one-month agreement. The relationship has lasted because it's been re-earned every month.
The clearest test of that came when the school went through a full leaky-building demolition and rebuild. Staff and students operated out of temporary classrooms on the playing field for several years, with conditions changing constantly. RealClean stayed responsive through the disruption and transitioned cleanly into the new building once it was finished.
