Cleaning of Local Government Facilities

Every cleaning contract is different, and in our experience, Government facilities require cleaners who are highly security conscious and sensitive to working around confidential documents.

For your peace of mind, all our cleaning staff are security screened through the National Law Enforcement Data Base and are reference–checked prior to employment. They are also issued with photo–ID badges and wear company uniform at all times while working on your premises. RealClean will hand pick your new cleaner to ensure a perfect fit to your site, and then individually train them to meet the particular requirements of your contract. We spend a lot of time with new cleaners, ensuring they use their equipment proficiently and have a high awareness of Health and Safety, as well as creating a culture where our cleaners feel the need for cleanliness in themselves, without reminders or enforcement from above.

We are well–equipped for cleaning community facilities (large areas, difficult access, public galleries, theatres, etc.), as well as offering fleet vehicle cleaning, exterior building washes, window cleaning, and pest control.
